11 different ways of performing Pull Ups!

Do not stagnate the results from your pull ups. There are wide varieties of different pull up exercises you can perform.

I am obsessed about pull ups. They have always been my favourite go to exercise for a lot of reasons.

Pull ups not only develop the back muscles to get the beautiful V shaped look, but it also brings a lot of relief to those stiff shoulders thanks to our desk-job!

Yes I have a desk job and I always look forward to going home as soon as I can to relax my shoulders and open my back by performing quality pull up movements.
