What customers have to say

Can't complain, it's sturdy and well built. For normal sized ceilings it's a tad high, leaving little room for your head up there when doing pull ups. But it's still possible just gotta watch your head - Amazon Customer Review

This a descent piece of workout equipment for doing pull-ups, dips, hanging leg raises, and more. It makes me feel much more secure doing pull-ups than a doorframe pull-up bar would. However, I do wish it was heavier so it would feel sturdier. If I try to wobble it, it definitely will wobble - Amazon Customer Review

Great machine for the price. I use it mainly for ABs, doing knee and leg raises. The back support is a big plus for me as I have some back issues. You'll need high ceilings to use the pull-up bar - Amazon Customer Review

This was exactly what I was looking for to complete my Home Gym. Took about 1.5 - 2.0 hours to put together correctly, instructions were well laid out. I purchased this product based on the reviews and I was not mislead - Amazon Customer Review

What customers have to say

I mounted this in my garage. I pre-drilled the holes (I forget the size I used, I just matched the bit to the screw). I then used my socket ratchet to put the screws in. Once it was mounted on the wall it has been real solid. I weight a bit over 200 lb and it holds up just fine - Amazon Customer Review

Great product, mounted on concrete cinder blocks with metal anchors and it is pretty sturdy - Amazon Customer Review

I think the only thing I would change is to extend the foam in the middle section. It isn't longer because there are bolt holes in case you want it to be narrower, but maybe have two extra pieces of foam there that if you want it wide you can have foam all across and if you want it narrow you can cut those extra pieces off  - Amazon Customer Review

Seems to be holding up well..only have had it for about a month so far. My boyfriend who is a personal trainer loves it and i am growing to have a new appreciation for it too. Set up wasnt easiest but it did come with all proper screws/tools to hang it  - Amazon Customer Review

Where is the dip station in this?

Here's how I did it:

1. Order 2 of the above chin up bars.
2. One of the bars will be installed on the wall at pull up height.
3. Second one will be installed on the wall at dips height.

You can remove the horizontal pull up handle that connects to the 2 poles, so that you can enough space to move in and perform quality reps of leg raises as well.

Didn't I say it was simple?

If on the otherhand, if you are deciding whether to go with doorway, wall mounted or free standing pull up bar, read this article:

Now it's upto to decide which version of the pull up + dip station combo you wish to go for. It's all the same, what matters is consistency and commitment to get results.
